Resend Order Confirmation

At times, you might need to resend order confirmation (Email and SMS) to customers and/or sellers. You can resend order confirmation following these steps:

1. Go to Orders > Orders section of StoreHippo Admin Panel.
2. Search for the order for which you want to resend order confirmation.
3. Click on the ellipsis button and select Resend Order Confirmation option from the drop-down.
   
4. Clicking on this option will open a pop-up where you can choose to whom you want to send the notifications. It can either be a user, seller or both.
   
5. Click the Send button to trigger the Email and SMS notification for the order to the selected recipients.
