Abandoned Cart Mailer

StoreHippo lets you set the automatic mailers which will be sent to a user's abandoned checkout in order to bring them back to where they left and make them complete their order.

Two abandoned cart mailers are sent to the users, each after a pre-defined time interval after which the abandoned cart will get expired automatically. You can define the time interval as per your convenience.

To set the automatic abandoned cart mailers, go to Settings > MISC section in StoreHippo Admin Panel.

Select the Abandoned Mailer checkbox to enable the abandoned cart mailers.

Enabling the Abandoned Mailer functionality lets you set the time intervals for the abandoned mailers. Provide a number in the interval field and format in hours or days. For eg. in the first time duration, you have given interval as 6 and format as hours, then the first mailer will be sent to the abandoned cart user after 6 hours of abandoned cart created. In the second time duration, you have provided the interval as 12 and format as hours, then the second mailer will be sent to the user after 12 hours of the first abandoned cart mailer.
The system will send two mailers to the users after which the abandoned cart will be deleted automatically.
