Cancelling a fulfillment

Cancelling a fulfillment dissolves the created fulfillment and allows the user to recombine the items and their quantity to create new fulfillments and thus process them as desired. You can only cancel a Pending fulfillments.

Go to Orders >  Fulfillments section in StoreHippo Admin Panel. To cancel a fulfillment, click on the fulfillment id displayed in the order details to view the fulfillment in order details.

A dialog box appears as shown below. Click on the Cancel button to cancel the fulfillment.

The corresponding fulfillment will be cancelled, also changing the fulfillment status of the order to either Pending or Partial. The fulfilled count of respective items will be updated accordingly. You can now again create a new fulfillment.
