Cancelling a fulfillment

Cancelling afulfillmentdissolves the createdfulfillmentand allows the user to recombine the items and their quantity to create newfulfillmentsand thus process them as desired. You can only cancel a Pendingfulfillments.

Go to Orders >  Fulfillments section in StoreHippo Admin Panel. To cancel afulfillment, click on the fulfillmentid displayed in the order details to view thefulfillmentin order details.

Adialogbox appears as shown below. Click on the Cancel button to cancel thefulfillment.

The correspondingfulfillmentwill be cancelled, also changing thefulfillmentstatus of the order to either Pending or Partial. The fulfilled count of respective items will be updated accordingly. You can now again create a newfulfillment.
