From 1st - 3rd day after delivery buyer can do both Return and Replacement . When the buyer click in Return option he should get two options two select from with title " It's a return " and It's a replacement ". After 3rd day the return option will be inactivated and the buyer can only request a Replacement till the 10th Day. After 10th day both the option will be inactive.
Buyer selects the “It's a Return” option on the orders section , puts the reason for returning and submits the request.
The seller will receive the notification for return and can process the return from the seller panel through the order section .
After the item gets back to the seller he can initiate refund .
Buyer selects the “It's a replacement” Button on the orders section , puts the reason for replacement and submits the request.
The seller will receive the notification as a Return request with the replacement flag on the notification .
The seller will initiate the return first similar to Return Flow and create return shipment .
After the item is back to the seller he can initiate other shipment with the replaced products by clicking on the “ Create a replacement order “ option in the Returns Section.
The Order creation window will open with the buyer details and the items of the order . The seller can edit the order as per requirement and create a shipment for the replaced order . the seller will mark the order paid .
If the item is out of stock then the seller can initiate refund.
