How to add Terms and conditions to a form?

Scenario

You want to add the terms and conditions checkbox to the Seller Registration form (built-in form) on the site.

Steps

StoreHippo allows you to edit an existing form. Follow the below-mentioned steps to add a new field to your existing form:

1. Go to Site > Forms section in StoreHippo Admin Panel to create a custom form.
2. Click on the Seller form.
   
3. Click on Add Field to add new fields in the form.
   
4. Provide the Field label as 'I agree to the store's <a href="/page/seller-privacy-policy" target="_blank">Seller Privacy Policy</a>' and Field name as 'terms_and_conditions'.
5. Select Type as 'Checkbox'.
   
6. Now, click on the settings gear next to the field. Select the Required checkbox.
   
7. Click on Save to save the changes.
