How to embed forms in static pages?

After a custom form is created, you might need to use forms in your static pages to capture user input from your customers. StoreHippo allows you to use theme widgets including forms widgets in static pages.

  1. First, create a custom form in the Site > Forms section in your StoreHippo Admin Console.
  2. Add or edit static page.  Select Code Editor while editing the content.
  3. Use the ms.forms widget to display the form in the static page. Following is an example of embeddingenquiryform in a static page.

If you want todisplayedthe form description in front-end as in admin:  admin> Form> Settings> Description

It can be done with variable as : ms.forms.formname.description

If we want to evaluate the expression and inserts the resulting HTML into the element in a secure way than this will be used as:

<div ng-bind-html="ms.forms.formname.description"></div>
