How to provide image upload files on the order checkout Page?

StoreHippo facilitates you to add additional fields, such as message box, option to select delivery date & time, upload file option, and so on. These fields can be added on the checkout page using the order options form. The order option form is a form that allows you to collect any extra information from the users at the time of placing the order. You can add various input fields, like text field, text area box, upload option, etc using the order options form.

Scenario

You want to provide an option to upload a prescription on the order checkout page of your store.

Steps

Follow the below-mentionedsteps to provide an option to upload a prescription on the checkout page:

Go to the Site > Forms section in the StoreHippo Admin Panel.
Click the Add New button to add the Order Option form. A form will open with multiple fields.
Enter "order_options" in the Name field.
In the Label field, enter the field label that you want to display. Here we are entering "Upload Description" as the label. Similarly, enter the name.
From the Type dropdown, select the "File" option.
Click on the Settings tab.
From the Type dropdown, select the Save Data option. Now, the data will be saved when a user submits the form. You can view theform data in the data tab next to settings.
Click the Save button to apply the changes.

Now, the upload prescription file will be displayed on the checkout page.
