How to set COD payment method to the orders of a certain amount?

Scenario

You want to provide COD payment method to the order total below Rs 5000.

Steps

To provide the option of COD payment method to the order total of a certain amount, follow the below-mentioned steps:

1. Go to Settings > Payment methods section in StoreHippo Admin Panel.
2. Click on Add New button to add a new payment method.
   
3. Enter the Name as "COD payments".
4. Choose the type "Cash on Delivery" from the drop-down.
   
5. Now, provide the conditions for which you what to apply the payment method. Choose "Order total" in Field and "less than" in Operator. Mention the Value as category names "5000".
   
6. Select the Enable checkbox to set the payment gateway on your website.
7. You can provide the Additional Charges if you want to.
8. Click on Save to store the payment method.
