Integrate WhatsApp Chat

StoreHippo allows you to integrate WhatsApp chat with your e-commerce store. It helps your customers to connect with you seamlessly. To integrate the WhatsApp chat in your store, follow the steps mentioned below:

• Go to Settings > Site Settings in StoreHippo Admin Panel.

• Click the Add Social Link button. Multiple fields will open up.

• Enter the "WhatsApp" in the Provider field.
• Enter the "https://api.whatsapp.com/send?phone=<Your Number>" in the Link field.
• Click the Insert Link button.
• After adding the social link for WhatsApp, click the Save button.

• The icon for WhatsApp will be added in the footer section.
• When the customer clicks on this icon, then it enables your customer to directly send the WhatsApp message to the added number.
