StoreHippo allows you to integrate WhatsApp chat with your e-commerce store. It helps your customers to connect with you seamlessly. To integrate the WhatsApp chat in your store, follow the steps mentioned below:
- Click the Add Social Link button. Multiple fields will open up.
- Enter the "WhatsApp" in the Provider field.
- Enter the "https://api.whatsapp.com/send?phone=<Your Number>" in the Link field.
- Click the Insert Link button.
- After adding the social link for WhatsApp, click the Save button.
- The icon for WhatsApp will be added in the footer section.
- When the customer clicks on this icon, then it enables your customer to directly send the WhatsApp message to the added number.
