Process a COD order

To start receiving cash on delivery orders first you need to configure the COD as the payment method in the store, once the payment method is configured users will be able to place orders and make the payment on delivery.

Once the order is placed user will receive an order confirmation Email as well as SMS, admin (also the sellers for multiseller stores) will receive order notification Email and SMS.

You can view the newly received order in the orders section. In the orders section you can review, cancel, ship and generate invoice for the orders.

Payment processing of COD orders
