Single shipping fee for single order

StoreHippo allows you to charge a single shipping fee for a single order. Suppose, your customer place an order containing products from different sellers. By default, multiple shipping fees will be charged to the customer in this case. 

For example, you have created the shipping charges of Rs 100.

When your customers place an order from 3 different sellers, then the shipping charge is applied thrice.

However, you can set up a provision for charging single shipping for an order containing products from the different sellers. This means for an order with a single order ID, the shipping fee will be charged only once.

Scenario

You want to charge a shipping fee only once instead of multiple times when your customers place an order containing different products from different sellers.

Steps

To provide the provision for a single shipping fee for a single order ID, follow the steps mentioned below:

• Go to Settings > Seller Settings section in StoreHippo Admin Panel.
• Select the Order Approval Required checkbox. 
• After selecting the Order Approval Required checkbox, two more checkboxes Split Order Approval Required and Enable Warehouse Shipping are shown.
• Select the Split Order Approval Required and Enable Warehouse Shipping checkboxes. 
• Click the Save & Continue button to apply the changes.

Now, for every single order having products from the different sellers, the shipping fee will be applied only once.
