Defer the youtube link(load after the page load or any other link used in iframe)
use rel=”noreferrer” in external link (security rating)
Enable Lazy Loading for Images
Avoid carousal in collections on home page instead use see all button which redirects to collection page.
use mostly 240x240 image filter for product_grid_item
Restrict sizes for all images to maximum resolution on that device.
Not using multi script tags on a page
Avoid GIF image (as Gifs are not optimized)
Call Max collection on Home page upto 4-5
page size on listing pages should not be greater than 12 , if it is then use load more .
lesser the media content ,smoother will be the Site.
