Setting up additional charges

StoreHippo allows you to set up additional charges on your order. You can set up additional charges as per specific conditions.
You can manage the additional charges under Settings > Additional Charges section of StoreHippo Admin Panel. 

Adding new additional charge

To add new additional charges, click on Add new button. Clicking on add new opens a form which contains the following fields:

Name

Enter the name of the additional charge.

Amount

Enter the amount that you want to charge additionally. The amount is mentioned either in percentage or flat.

Apply when

Insert the conditions for which you want to add the charges. Enter the field, operator, and value in the respective fields of the conditions. Following are the conditions for which you can charge the additional charges:

• Order total
• Order weight
• Order quality
• Every product price
• Any product price
• Every product category
• Any product collection
• Any product collection
• User group
• Payment method
• Country
• Zip code
• Substore
• Every item's selected options
• Any item's selected options

Enabled

Select the checkbox if you want to enable the additional charge.
