Exclude shipping charges for pick up at store orders

You can provide pick up from stores option to your customers. When you enable the pickup at store functionality, the shipping charges are included by default.

StoreHippo allows you to exclude the shipping charges for the customer when the pickup from store option has been chosen. To exclude the shipping charges for all the pickup orders, follow the steps given below:

  • A form will open up to edit. Click the Add Condition button.

  • Provide the conditions. In the Field, select the "Not Pick From Store" option and in the Value field, enter value "1" as shown below. 

  • Click the Insert Condition button to add the condition.
  • Click the Save button to save the changes.

Now, when the users will select the pick up from the store option, the shipping charges will not be added.
