Setting the OTP size

StoreHippo allows you to set the OTP size. The same size OTP will be sent to the user for verification. Here, verification means OTP verification for login, user verification, and user registration. Suppose, you have selected the OTP size as 6, then the six-digit OTP will be sent to the user. 

Setting up the OTP size for user verification

To set up the OTP size for the user verification follow the steps given below:

• Go to the Settings > User Settings section in the StoreHippo Admin Panel. 
• Select the size of the OTP from the OTP Length dropdown.
• You can select a minimum of 4 digits OTP size and a maximum of 8 digits OTP size. 
• After selecting the OTP size, click the Save button to apply the changes.

Now, when any new user will register, the selected size OTP will be sent to the user for verification.
