Escalate issue to the logistic providers

StoreHippo provides logistic services through the complete automated process, where you can generate pickups, generate shipping labels. Once the pickup is generated, an automated email is sent to the shipping providers to notify about the pickup arranged. Shipping charges applied by the shipping providers have updated automatically once the invoice is received from them. COD remittance is also completely automated.
If there are any issues related to the logistic services like delay in arranging pickup, delay in COD remittance etc you can escalate the issue from the admin panel.

Go to OrdersShipments section in StoreHippo admin panel to raise the issue. Click on the vertical ellipsis icon and open issue escalation.

Raise an issue for delay in pickup

To raise the issue related to delay in pickup, click on Pickup issue. Here the subject line and the message is auto-populated. Select the pickup address where the shipment is to be picked up and send mail.

Raise an issue for custom issues

For any other issues apart from the delay in pickup click on the custom option. Mention the subject with StoreHippo in the end and mention the issue in the message body.

  An automated email is sent to the shipping providers from the admin mail ID.
