How to set NEFT payment method to a user group?

Scenario

You want to provide the option of NEFT to wholesaler group on your website.

Steps

To provide the option of offline payment method to limited users, you first need to create user groups and then apply the condition to the offline payment method. Follow the below-mentioned steps:

Creating User Groups

1. Go to Users > User groups section in StoreHippo Admin Panel. 
2. Click on Add New to create a new user group.
   
3. Provide the name as "Wholesalers" and save the information.
   
   

   Assigning User groups to users

4. Go to Users > Users section in StoreHippo Admin Panel to assign user group to users.
5. Edit an existing user. Choose 'Wholesalers' from the drop-down in the User Group field.
   
   

   Create a custom form

6. Go to Site > Forms section in StoreHippo Admin Panel to create a custom form.
7. Click on Add New button in the top right corner. 
8. Provide the fields and field label in the form as follows:
   
9. Select Action as Save data in Settings.
10. Enter all other required details in the form as explained in Creating a custom form topic. 
11. Click on Save to store the information. 

    Setting up Payment Method

12. Go to Settings > Payment methods section in StoreHippo Admin Panel.
13. Click on Add New button to add a new payment method.
    
14. Enter the Name as "Offline payments".
15. Choose the type "Offline" from the drop-down.
    
16. In Settings, choose if you want some data of users required to NEFT payment or OTP verification. In this case, we choose to Collect User Input. 
    
17. Choose the form "NEFT" from the drop-down where you want to store the data.
18. Now, provide the conditions for which you what to apply the payment method. Choose "User Group" in Field and "Contains" in Operator. Mention the Value as category names "Wholesaler".
    
19. Select the Enable checkbox to set the payment gateway on your website.
20. You can provide the Additional Charges if you want to.
21. Click on Save to store the payment method.
